The water line that runs from your meter to your house is yours to maintain, not the city’s. When it cracks or corrodes, you’ll usually notice a wet spot in the yard, a jump in your water bill or a drop in pressure.
We find the leak, repair it or replace the full line, and restore your yard as closely as possible. Many older lines in the area are galvanized steel that’s rusting from the inside, and replacing them with modern PEX or copper fixes pressure problems too.
If any of these sound familiar, the clog is already bigger than it looks.
Unusually wet soil or greener grass may indicate a leaking underground water line.
A sudden increase in your water bill may signal a hidden leak in your plumbing system.
Consistently low water pressure throughout your home may indicate a leaking or damaged main water line.
If your water meter continues moving when all taps and appliances are off, you may have a hidden leak.
Rusty or brown water may indicate corroded pipes, sediment buildup, or deterioration in your water supply line.
