Repair Your Sewer Line Without the Trench
Old cast iron and clay sewer lines crack, rust through and let roots in, especially as Gulf Coast clay soil shifts under them. The old fix was to dig a trench the full length of the pipe. Lining skips most of that.
We clean the existing pipe, then pull a resin-soaked liner through it and cure it in place. The result is a smooth, jointless pipe inside the old one that roots can’t break into. Less digging, less mess and a lot less landscaping to redo.

Camera Shows Cracks, Root Intrusion or Rusted-Out Cast Iron
Visible pipe damage, invasive roots, or corroded cast iron may require sewer line replacement to restore reliable drainage and prevent further deterioration.

The Line Runs Under a Driveway, Patio or Mature Trees
Trenchless sewer replacement can help replace damaged underground pipes while minimizing disruption to driveways, patios, landscaping, and established trees.
You Want to Avoid Tunneling Under Your Slab
Depending on pipe conditions and access, trenchless replacement may offer an alternative to extensive tunneling beneath your home’s concrete slab.
A Home Inspection Flagged the Sewer Line
A flagged sewer line may need further evaluation. A professional inspection can confirm the damage and help determine the appropriate replacement options.

FAQ
Trenchless Sewer Lining Questions
Can every pipe be lined?
Most can. Fully collapsed sections or severe bellies may need a dig-and-replace repair instead. The camera tells us which.
Is lining cheaper than digging?
Often, once you add up the cost of restoring floors, driveways and landscaping. We’ll quote both so you can compare.
Does lining shrink the pipe?
Slightly, but the smooth inside surface usually flows as well as or better than the old rough pipe.
