Almost every home around here is built on a concrete slab with water lines running through or under it. When the clay soil shifts, those lines can crack or wear through against the concrete. The leak runs 24 hours a day, softening the soil under your foundation and raising your water bill.
We use pressure testing and leak locating equipment to find the exact spot, then choose the least invasive repair: a spot repair through the slab, a tunnel from outside, or rerouting the line through the walls or attic so it’s out of the slab for good.
If any of these sound familiar, the clog is already bigger than it looks.
Unexpected warm spots on your floor may indicate a leak in a hot water pipe beneath the concrete slab.
A sudden increase in your water bill without higher usage may signal a hidden plumbing leak.
Hearing running water when all fixtures are off may indicate a leak beneath your home’s foundation.
Moist carpets or warped flooring may signal water leaking beneath the slab or inside nearby pipes.
New cracks in walls, tiles, or concrete slabs may indicate foundation movement caused by persistent plumbing leaks.
If your water meter keeps moving when all fixtures are off, a hidden leak may be wasting water.

Meter test and pressure test isolate hot, cold or drain lines.
Leak detection equipment narrows it to a small area.
Spot repair, tunnel or reroute, with a price for each.
We pressure test the repair before closing anything up.
Expansive clay soil moves the slab and the pipes inside it. Over time, pipes crack or rub through.
Not always. Rerouting the line overhead often avoids touching the slab at all.
Many policies cover access and water damage but not the pipe itself. Check your policy; we’ll provide documentation.
