Getting to the Pipe Without Wrecking the House
Most homes on the Gulf Coast sit on concrete slabs, which means the drain and sewer lines run underneath. When those pipes fail and can’t be lined, someone has to get to them.
We use two approaches. Tunneling goes under the slab from outside, so your floors and cabinets stay untouched. Yard excavation opens the ground along the line to replace sewer and water pipes from the house to the street. We plan the route that costs the least and disturbs the least.
Signs You Need Underground Excavation
If any of these sound familiar, the clog is already bigger than it looks.

Multiple Failed Drain Repairs
Repeated repair failures may indicate extensive pipe deterioration or underlying structural problems. A professional assessment can help determine whether full replacement is the right solution.
A Failed Hydrostatic (Leak) Test
A failed hydrostatic test may indicate leaks in your home’s drain system. Further testing can help locate the issue and determine the necessary repairs.
Water or Sewer Line Replacement From the House to the Street
Damaged underground water or sewer lines may require replacement from your home to the street to restore reliable service and prevent recurring problems.
Repiping Under the Slab
